Pinot Noir Terrazzi, Red, 2020 DOC, By Mancini in Le MarchePinot Noir from the Terrazzi vineyard is produced and bottled with its own label Terrazzi. Method: hand harvested into grilled baskets of 15Kg the baskets were immediately placed in a mobile cooling cellar in the vineyard and cooled. Pinot Noir is produced from a traditional red vinification, then aged in French barrel on lees, with monthly stirring for 12 months.
