E B M Co. Cigarette Case Edwardian Card Case AntiqueThis is a gorgeous Edwardian early 1900's cigarette or card case by E. B. M Company of Attleboro, MA. It's a stunning engine turned nickel silver case; with the interior having a spring loaded clip to hold your cigarettes in place. It has a pretty repousse pattern around the edges of the case, and the back side has a shiny silver finish. The case has a cartouche with the initials "EK" or "ER" very ornately engraved on the lid; and the case measures

It also has another compartment for money or other essentials

"Three Flowers Richard Hudnut New York" The original sticker is on the back of the bottle that reads "Skin Sachet"

The piece is in very good to excellent condition with only a very slight bit of wear to the upper edges of the container

It closes with a snap closure

and even the cardboard sleeve to keep the cardboard box it came in protected

It appears that there was once a handle on the compact that is no longer present

and the lid has a shiny gold finish with sparkling central pink rhinestone and clear surrounding rhinestones

The purse measures approximately 6 inches in width across the bottom
