Chardonnay Veneto, 2025 by Campagnola WineryThis Chardonnay will surprise you! Ciao Daniel Region: Veneto Grapes: 100% Chardonnay from suitable hilly vineyards in Veneto. Winemaking: Grapes were selected and harvested in September. Soft pressing and fermentation in white at a controlled temperature (15 16 C). Tasting Notes: Intense straw yellow color. Delicate, fresh aroma, with notes of ripe exotic fruit. Dry, elegant, balanced, savory, and ample taste. Alcohol: 12. 5%
Grapes: Sagrantino 85% e Chardonnay 15%
Then the fermentation is at controlled temperature (18-19 degrees Celsius)
which gives the wine elegance and complexity giving fans
The wine is aged for several months in large oak casks and bottled approximately six months before release
it bursts with fresh and fruity aromas
