Pinot Noir Forcara Rive 2020 DOC, By Mancini in Le MarchePinot Noir from the Rive Monte vineyard is produced and bottled with its own label Rive. Method: hand harvested into grilled baskets of 15Kg the baskets were immediately placed in a mobile cooling cellar in the vineyard and cooled Pinot Noir is produced from a traditional red vinification, then aged in French barrel on lees, with monthly stirring for 12 months. The area of Focara has distinguished itself over the years for the production of Pinot Noir
