Ian Thornton was inspired to begin at the bottom and design up with this metal floor lamp in a mix of brass and oil rubbed bronze finishes. Placing the bronze finish in the middle of the thin stem and choosing an off white shantung shade with black trim were artful moves that bring this composition cohesion.
