The guilloche has a pretty handpainted pink rose with green leaves surrounded by yellow flowers

as it's in such superb condition for a piece of it's age

A unique and wonderful 1940's French Lucien Lelong Art Deco gold tone and brown suede purse that holds a powder and rouge compact

It has a beautiful blue guilloche enamel 1/2 inch square set like a diamond on the front of the case

The lighter insert is a "CMC" lighter

and the top circle opens to reveal the powder and rouge compact

Behind the lid is a useable metal mirror

Even the all edges of the purse have an intricate enameled design

The case snaps closed perfectly

but appears a bit of moisture may have penetrated under the clear coat

and is about 5 1/2 inches across the midsection of the bag
